The movie Iron Man has been such a success you had to know a video game would be released as well.  As with any blockbuster movie, Iron Man, the video game, is now available for play on your PC.  You can take the fun of the movie home with you, but, ask yourself, is your PC ready for Iron Man?

Iron Man the video game is a standard third person action game that incorporates the plot of the movie, military combat action and fun nods to the comic book series.  In this game you will be Iron Man.  You are in control of the suit and you become a one-man army.  If you loved the movie or a fan of the comic book series pick up this video game.  As you unlock new levels in the game you will come across a additional story line not included in the movie but based upon the comic books.  

Many times new software or video games are released for our computers but the systems we have at home are underpowered to handle the game.  Maybe the operating system we are using at home (you know who you are Windows 95 users) is too old to handle the new software’s programming or maybe a component in our computer is too slow to provide the degree of response the software requires for optimum performance.  Do not let a slow, underpowered computer keep you back.  Upgrade the components in your computer and play the games everyone is talking about. 

Iron Man is a highly graphic video game, with visual scenes designed to wow ever the most cynical computer gamer.  This mean you are going to need a fast video card to allow the game to appear as it was designed.  If you enjoyed the Iron Man movie and want to put on that suit yourself you need a powerful video card because anything else will be a let down.

Video games are one the most draining and taxing pieces of software your computer can run.  The graphics and visual depictions that gaming enthusiasts demand improve and are challenged every year.  In order for your computer to portray the games in the manner that the designers envisioned you must have a top of the line video card.  Video cards can be very easy to replace in a computer as long as the card is compatible with your motherboard, an upgrade is quick and painless three step process.  Instructions for upgrading or replacing your video card are usually sent with any video card you purchase.

Sure, some games have the ability to turn off or turn down certain settings, which will allow older computers to play the game.  Turning down the graphic processing on solitaire is fine but when you’re trying to play a high end video game like Iron Man choosing the highest graphic settings makes the game beautiful and worth your time and money.  So if your want to play Iron Man, shouldn’t you be using the most powerful computer you can afford?  I don’t think Iron Man wants to play with puff puff.
