There are not many things that are timeless but time is certainly one of them. Any time piece is certainly a symbol of that timelessness. Granted, they we mechanical in nature but the concept is the same; a series of inner workings operated together to achieve a result and then interface that result to an end user. The irony is that, given the mass manufacturing of computer parts, it is much easier to build a computer than it is a watch!
